Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
We except all races, sizes, ethnicity or backgrounds, however all models must identify as females and must be over the age of 40 to comply with the agencys vision. All models must be legally entitled to work in the Uk and may be asked for evidence.
2. Model representation agreement
Gaia charges a commission fee for all bookings for each model secured, this is standard and will not be changed. Becoming a model for Gaia means you are being represented you are not an employee but rather a freelance professional. If you are signed by Gaia Model Agency you are objection to informing or asking about any modelling jobs outside of Gaia while you are still under contract. Contracts are usually for a 3-year period however under certain circumstances that may be changed.
3. Fees and payment
With the 20% commission fee deducted from the total booking fee, models and clients will receive an invoice that states the payment should be received within 30 days. Gaia Model Agency is not responsible for any delay made by external clients.
4. Cancellation
If a booking cancels the day of, the full fee is chargeable. However, if the same model is rebooked within a day only half of the price is rechargeable. If the booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before there will be no recharge.
5. Conduct and ethics
Gaias's ultimate goal is for inclusivity and empowerment of women. Discrimination and harassment of any kind toward the models will not be tolerated. This will lead to an immediate cancellation and a full refund.
6. Data Protection and privacy
All visual content produced by Gaia must be agreed upon in the contract to be used for all promotional purposes. If this is not met legal action will be met. If a client or model is uncomfortable with a specific production and wants a restriction on it. This must be agreed upon in the original contract.
7. Liability
Gaia Model Agency is not responsible for any loss or damages that may result in a schedule change or cancellation. We are also not responsible for the client's satisfaction with the model after signing the contract. All models are freelance and responsible for the outcomes of the production. If there are any accidents on set, such as damage or physical injury we are not responsible. There should be appropriate insurance in case there are any accidents on set.
8. Governing law
These terms and conditions are backed by the laws and regulations made by the British government. Any changes made to any of these agreements shall be taken to court in Manchester, UK.
