With most luxury brands continuing to use much younger models, despite targeting older audiences, we identified a clear gap in the industry — and Gaia was created to fill it.

Founders Story
"Growing up with a close relationship with my mum, I never realised the social impact that happen to women as they age and hit midlife. It distressed me seeing my mum's confidence getting knocked as she got older. This societal norm that is placed upon women and girls brings fear to ageing and becoming less valued. This clear ageism is everywhere, from TV to day-to-day lives. To protest ageism, I created Gaia, to show there is no need to fear ageing and the stereotypes and misinformation are outdated and harmful."
Our Mission
Redefining beauty standards in a segmented and ridged industry, where inclusivity and diversity has made progressed, but is still stagnant in some areas of fashion. The Gaia agency is to empower and represent mature women, to change stereotypes and create a new generation of models and influencers, creating genuine connections between the models and their audience.
The overall vision for this agency’s is to start the reinvention of the fashion industry as well as the views of ageing. This agency’s is exploiting the condescending undertone from the fashion industry, to create the idea of ageing a positive way. We want women
and girls to stop feeling the social pressures that are made from harmful media. We aim to create an inclusive space, and to redefine the modelling and influencer industry.
We proudly offer a diverse range of services, including master classes and portfolio shoots. Collaborating with various designers and brands, from luxury high fashion to commercials. Additionally, we promote our models' personal brands and leverage influencer marketing to enhance visibility and help each women succeed .
